Terms of use

Last updated 12 October 2026

Using Ajyad Arcade or creating an account means you accept these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and live in the United Kingdom. Keep your details accurate and your password private.

2. Entertainment only

Ajyad Arcade is free entertainment. Coins are virtual, hold no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or swapped for money, goods or prizes. Doing well in a game says nothing about real-money gambling.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for what happens on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or show signs of abuse or fraud. You may close yours at any time from My account.

4. Fair use

• Do not attack, overload or reverse-engineer the site or games.
• Do not use bots or exploits to gain coins.
• Do not post unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

5. Changes to the service

Games and features may change or be withdrawn without notice. We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

6. Ownership

The design, text and games belong to Ajyad Arcade or its licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial play only.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss from using a free service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Updates and contact

We may revise these terms and will update the date above. Questions? Contact us.
