This page explains which personal data Ajyad Arcade uses and why. We keep it to the minimum needed to run accounts.
Data we collect
- Account details: name, email, UK phone number and a securely hashed password, or your Google account ID if you sign in with Google.
- Messages: whatever you send through our contact, support or Player Care forms.
- Technical data: basic request information such as IP address and browser type, used for security and fixing problems.
How we use it
To create and protect your account, let you sign in, reply to you, keep the site safe, meet legal duties and support responsible play. We never sell your data.
Continue with Google
If you choose it, Google tells us your name and verified email. We never see your Google password and never post on your behalf.
Where it lives
Account records sit on our web server in protected files. Your coin balance, bonus timers and cookie choice stay in your own browser's local storage.
Retention
We keep account data while the account is open and remove your stored profile when you delete it. Support emails may be kept briefly for record-keeping.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to certain uses. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Make a request through Player Care or the contact page.
